Wind and Stow Loads
Gust loads at the stow angle can exceed normal tracking force. We need force data in both directions and the linkage geometry at each critical angle.
Slow Travel Without Stick-Slip
Small tracking corrections require stable low-speed movement. Seal friction, guide support and rod finish must match your motion profile.
Heat, UV and Seal Aging
Cylinder surface temperature can exceed ambient air temperature. Give us the actual temperature range, UV exposure and duty cycle.
Dust, Water and Corrosion
Fine sand attacks the rod wiper; rain, condensation and coastal salt change the coating and sealing specification.
Load Holding and Safe Failure
Your system engineer defines the safe response to power loss, hose failure and pressure decay before we freeze the interfaces.

We size bore, rod, stroke, closed length and mounts from your tracker geometry and confirmed working and stow loads.
We match seals, guides, wipers and rod finish to low-speed travel, long dwell periods, dust, moisture and temperature.
Clevis, trunnion, spherical-bearing or drawing-specific mounts, ports and sensor interfaces follow your approved layout.
Coating, salt-spray, UV-weathering and temperature-cycle requirements are written into the RFQ and drawing before production.
Dimensional checks, pressure and leakage tests, coating inspection and project records follow the acceptance plan you approve.
