Long Stroke in Limited Space
Closed length, extended length, ejector travel and mounting centers must be checked together inside the available truck-body envelope.
Uneven Stage Movement
Stage diameters, guide overlap and oil flow affect transitions, column support and impact at the end of the stroke.
Side Load and Misalignment
Worn guide rails or shifted brackets can transfer side load into the cylinder. We need the actual mounting geometry, not only the truck model.
Wet and Contaminated Service
Wash water, waste liquid, dust and road debris affect wipers, seals, stage surfaces and exterior coating.
Incomplete Retrofit Data
