It is compatible with 1-16 ton forklifts such as EP Equipment and Noblelift, with bore diameter ranging from 40-130mm, rod diameter ranging from 35-50mm, rated working pressure from 10-25MPa, stroke can be customized as needed, and peak pressure can reach 28MPa.
The cylinder is made of #20 steel and precision honed seamless cylinder. Combined with robotic automatic full welding process, it can withstand high-frequency forward/backward tilting operations without leakage, with smooth and non-jamming movements and excellent fatigue durability.
The piston rod is made of #45 steel plated with hard chrome, and offers a variety of surface anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment options such as Ni/Cr electroplating, laser cladding, and QPQ, making it suitable for complex working conditions such as humid and heavy loads.
We can design and match related accessories such as buffer valves, explosion-proof valves, and oil pipes according to your needs; the normal temperature range is -25°C to +110°C, and we support customization for special working conditions of high and low temperatures.
