It is compatible with 1-16 ton reach trucks from brands such as EP Equipment and Noblelift, with bore diameter ranging from 40-100mm, rod diameter ranging from 28-50mm, rated working pressure from 9-16MPa, and stroke up to 12000mm. All specifications can be customized.
The cylinder is made of #20 steel with precision honing and seamless cylinder, combined with robotic automatic full welding process, high frequency reciprocating forward movement operation with no leakage for a long time, and excellent fatigue durability life.
The piston rod is made of #45 steel plated with hard chrome, and offers a variety of surface anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment options such as Ni/Cr electroplating, laser cladding, and QPQ, making it suitable for complex working conditions such as humid and heavy loads.
Hydraulic pumps, explosion-proof valves, oil pipes and other related accessories can be designed and matched according to requirements; the normal temperature range is -25°C to +110°C, and the customization of forward-moving cylinders for special working conditions of high and low temperatures is supported.
