Forklift lifting cylinders, compatible with 1-16 ton forklifts such as EP Equipment and Noblelift, with bore diameter range of 35-90mm, rod diameter range of 20-80mm, stroke up to 12000mm, and pressure up to 28MPa. All can be customized.
The cylinder is made of #20 steel, with precision honed seamless cylinder, fully welded automatically by a robot, and has a long-lasting leak-free high-frequency lifting operation with excellent fatigue life.
The piston rod is made of #45 steel with hard chrome plating, and offers a variety of surface anti-corrosion treatment solutions: Ni/Cr electroplating, laser cladding, QPQ, etc.
Hydraulic pumps, explosion-proof valves, oil pipes, etc. can be designed and matched according to requirements.
The design has a wide temperature range (-25℃ to +110℃) and can provide customized cylinder services for higher or lower temperatures.
