PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION
  • Forklift lifting cylinders, compatible with 1-16 ton forklifts such as EP Equipment and Noblelift, with bore diameter range of 35-90mm, rod diameter range of 20-80mm, stroke up to 12000mm, and pressure up to 28MPa. All can be customized.
  • The cylinder is made of #20 steel, with precision honed seamless cylinder, fully welded automatically by a robot, and has a long-lasting leak-free high-frequency lifting operation with excellent fatigue life.
  • The piston rod is made of #45 steel with hard chrome plating, and offers a variety of surface anti-corrosion treatment solutions: Ni/Cr electroplating, laser cladding, QPQ, etc.
  • Hydraulic pumps, explosion-proof valves, oil pipes, etc. can be designed and matched according to requirements.
  • The design has a wide temperature range (-25℃ to +110℃) and can provide customized cylinder services for higher or lower temperatures.
Forklift mast raising

Forklift Lift Cylinder for Mast and Fork-Carriage Raising

A forklift lift cylinder turns hydraulic input into the vertical movement used to raise the mast or fork carriage. On many trucks, the main lift cylinder is arranged as a single-acting cylinder, while the truck’s load and mast mechanism support the return movement. Confirm the actual circuit on your truck before specifying a replacement.

For an OEM project or replacement, we review the forklift hydraulic lift cylinder as part of the mast system. Your approved drawing or measured sample should define the working dimensions, mounts and port arrangement needed for fit and controlled travel.

  • Mast or fork-carriage raising function
  • Drawing-based configuration for your truck and mast layout
  • Review of mounting interfaces, ports, cushioning and installation environment

Details to Confirm for Your Forklift Mast

Do not select a lift cylinder by name or stroke alone. Send the complete interface and circuit information so we can review the configuration against your mast.

OEM and replacement inquiries

From Your Drawing or Sample to a Reviewed Configuration

Drawing-based configuration

Send the approved cylinder drawing and mast information. We will review bore, rod, stroke, overall lengths, mounts, ports and any cushioning requirement as one configuration.

Sample and dimensional review

If no drawing is available, provide clear photos and measured interfaces from the existing cylinder. We will identify the missing details that must be confirmed before quotation.

What to include in your RFQ

  • Forklift and mast model or application details
  • 2D drawing or complete measured sample dimensions
  • Cylinder function and hydraulic circuit arrangement
  • Mount, port, environment and required quantity

Installation review

Check the mast brackets, pins, hose routing and available clearance as well as the cylinder. Worn or misaligned interfaces can affect fit and movement even when cylinder dimensions appear similar.

Buyer questions

Forklift Lift Cylinder FAQ

What does the main lift cylinder on a forklift do?

It provides the vertical force used to raise the mast or fork carriage. The cylinder must work with the truck’s mast geometry, mounting points and hydraulic circuit.

Are forklift lift cylinders always single-acting?

No. A single-acting arrangement is common for mast lifting, but circuit design varies. Confirm the original cylinder, hose connections and truck documentation before ordering.

What information is needed for a replacement?

Provide bore, rod diameter, stroke, closed and extended lengths, mount details, pin dimensions, port threads and positions, clear photos, and the forklift and mast model.
