It is compatible with two-post, four-post, and scissor lifts. All specifications of bore diameter, rod diameter, and stroke can be customized according to the lifting tonnage. The rated working pressure is 12–25 MPa, and the peak pressure can reach 28 MPa, meeting the safety requirements for high-frequency lifting and heavy-duty support in repair shops.
The cylinder barrel is fabricated from premium 20# steel precision-honed seamless tubing, ensuring high inner wall smoothness and low friction resistance. Combined with fully automatic robotic welding and post-weld stress relief treatment, it has high structural strength, impact resistance, and deformation resistance. It can maintain leak-free operation under long-term, high-frequency lifting and locking conditions, offering excellent fatigue durability.
The piston rod is made of 45# steel and comes standard with hard chrome plating. It also offers a variety of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant solutions, such as Ni/Cr electroplating, QPQ salt bath treatment, and laser cladding. It is perfectly suited for humid and oily workshop environments, effectively preventing rust and scratches while ensuring smooth lifting without jamming.
The sealing system can be equipped with imported Hallite / NOK high-end seals, and adopts a multi-layer dustproof + guide + buffer sealing structure to effectively resist the intrusion of oil and dust while resisting pollution and aging. Explosion-proof valves, balance valves, lowering valves, hydraulic oil pipes, and other safety components can be designed according to requirements to ensure smooth and controllable lifting and lowering processes, completely eliminating the risk of slippage.
Designed to withstand temperatures from -25 °C to +110 °C, high and low temperature hydraulic cylinders can be customized to meet the special working conditions of high temperature and extreme cold in workshops, adapting to various maintenance operation environments.
