The monthly team rankings are a reflection of our collective honor. In our daily operations, we must strengthen communication, facilitate alignment, and provide mutual support.

Cultivate a Culture of Healthy Competition (“Benchmarking & Outperforming”): We must utilize emulation campaigns as a vehicle to promote learning through competition and establish a strong sense of competitive awareness. “Modesty” has no place on the commercial battlefield. We must excel at identifying gaps through competition, bridging our shortfalls through learning, achieving tangible results through catching up, and defending our collective honor by outperforming expectations.
Following the address, Ms. Gan Yueyuan, Manager of the HR Department, led the team to review July’s performance and align focus for August. During the meeting, special surprises and recognitions were presented to 12 outstanding employees.
