It is compatible with various agricultural machinery: tractors, harvesters, silage harvesters, reversible plows, hay rakes, plant protection machinery, etc. All specifications of bore diameter, rod diameter, and stroke can be customized. The rated working pressure is 12–25 MPa, and the peak pressure can reach 28 MPa, meeting the needs of heavy-duty, bumpy, and continuous operation in farmland environments.
The cylinder barrel is fabricated from premium 20# steel precision-honed seamless tubing, ensuring high inner wall precision and low frictional resistance. It adopts an automated robotic welding process, which makes the structure stable and vibration-resistant. It can operate in the field at high frequency without leakage, offering excellent fatigue durability.
The piston rod is made of 45# steel base material with hard chrome plating as standard. It also offers a variety of surface anti-corrosion and wear-resistant solutions, such as Ni/Cr electroplating, laser cladding, and QPQ, which effectively resist farmland mud, salt and alkali, and sun exposure corrosion. It features excellent resistance to wear and scratches, making it highly adaptable to harsh outdoor working conditions.
Hydraulic valves, explosion-proof valves, hydraulic oil pipes, hinged lugs, and other accessories can be designed and matched as needed. The temperature resistance range is -25 °C to +110 °C, and special hydraulic cylinders for high-altitude, high-temperature, and high-salt-alkali farmland can be fully customized.
