The cylinder barrel is fabricated from high-strength alloy steel with precision-honed seamless tubes, ensuring high inner wall smoothness and low friction resistance. Combined with fully automatic robotic welding, post-weld stress relief treatment, and non-destructive testing, it has high structural strength, impact resistance, and deformation resistance. It can withstand long-term, high-load reciprocating working conditions without leakage, offering excellent fatigue durability.
The piston rod is made of 45# / 40Cr alloy steel and comes standard with hard chrome plating. It also offers a variety of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant strengthening solutions, such as Ni/Cr electroplating, QPQ salt bath composite treatment, and laser cladding. It is perfectly suited for humid, dusty, and corrosive media environments in underground mines, featuring high hardness, excellent resistance to wear and scratches, and superior corrosion resistance, which greatly extends its service life.
The sealing system can be equipped with imported Hallite / Parker / Trelleborg high-end seals, and adopts a multi-layer dustproof + guide + buffer sealing structure to effectively resist the intrusion of coal dust and mud while resisting pollution and aging. Explosion-proof valves, balance valves, relief valves, one-way locks, hydraulic oil pipes, and other safety components can be designed according to requirements, making it ideal for core motion control such as support, pushing conveyors, cutting, and crushing.
Designed to withstand temperatures from -30 °C to +120 °C, high and low temperature hydraulic cylinders can be customized for special working conditions such as cold mining areas and high-temperature underground environments, adapting to various extreme and harsh operating environments.
